Short answer: Guild Wars 3 (GW3) has no announced class or profession list yet. The only role shown is the Vaelwarden, and that is the player fantasy, not a class. This page updates as ArenaNet reveals more.
ArenaNet has confirmed the shape of combat without naming a single class. The official site calls it action RPG combat meets Guild Wars build making, rewarding skill use, positioning, and movement, and built to play well on a controller and a keyboard.

The original Guild Wars paired a primary and a secondary profession from a pool of ten. Guild Wars 2 has nine professions, each with its own weapons, traits, and elite specializations.
